St. Augustine’s Parish is a vibrant Catholic community of faith and service living the love and compassion of Christ.
St. Augustine's Oblate Parish is a Catholic community centered in Christ and the Eucharist that has a shared mission to:
• welcome and invite all to participate
• celebrate in Word and Sacrament
• foster evangelization and spiritual formation
• advocate for social justice
• care for our common home
Our community is a multicultural one, growing in faith and numbers since 1911. Located in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver, British Columbia, our community was founded under the patronage of St. Augustine of Canterbury and is shepherded by the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate. While celebrating our faith at the weekly masses is our focus, the parish also contains a Catholic Elementary school. Together, the church and school provide a spiritual foundation for everything we do, and promotes love, charity, prayer and service above all.
This is our faith. This our foundation.
This is our new Parish logo.
